INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Pursuant to art. 13/14 Regulation n. 679/2016 EU This Privacy Policy represents information on the processing of personal data, provided pursuant to art. 13 and 14 of the EU Regulation n. 679/2016 hereinafter "the Regulation" and - to the extent still applicable pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 - "Code regarding the protection of personal data" - (the "Code") to all users who interact with fitfooditaly.com and use the service provided by the same blog by Federica Cesino, data controller (the "Data Controller ").

By "consent" is meant an unequivocal positive act with which the interested party expresses the free, specific, informed and unequivocal intention to accept the processing of personal data concerning him.
2. Purpose of processing The user's data will be processed solely to fulfill the obligations of the firm / company pursuant to the Terms and Conditions of the service, as well as to carry out any other activity necessary and connected to the provision of the service itself and its effective management and , therefore, they can be processed in accordance with the law even without the consent of the interested party. In fact, the consent to the processing for these purposes is optional; however, in case of lack of consent, the user will not be able to use the Service. 3. Processing methods The personal data of users will be processed with computer and paper tools, for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. In this regard, in carrying out the processing operations, the Data Controller observes specific security measures in order to prevent the loss of data, any illicit or incorrect use, as well as unauthorized access. The data processed are not included among those indicated in art. 9 Regulation no. 679/2016 EU, or those that reveal racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, or that can be qualified as genetic, biometric or intended to uniquely identify a natural person, or are finally related to health or the person's sex life. The Data Controller has designated the persons in charge of the processing. Legal basis for the processing of personal data: the firm / company is aware of your personal data, as they are provided directly by you with a signed consent. No other data of the interested party is processed except in the case in which, in the context of the request for customer assistance services, the interested party himself provides them directly (for example through communication sent to the Data Controller via e-mail, in which the interested party asks the Data Controller to process his e-mail address for the purpose of managing the contact). Personal data will be processed by the Data Controller in full compliance with the principles of purpose, necessity, proportionality and non-excess, as well as the other fundamental principles set by the Code and the Regulations to protect the privacy of users and by the other regulations in force on the subject and also available from specific provisions of the Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (the "Guarantor") and in compliance with the service rendered. 4. Lawfulness of processing and transparency The processing of your personal data will take place in a legally defined manner, pursuant to art. 6 of the Regulations, as acquired through the consent of the interested party, and as necessary for the execution of a contract or for the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the same. Pursuant to the following articles Reg. 679/2016 EU the right to revoke the consent given is always recognized (Article 7 paragraph 3); the right to receive information (articles 13 and 14); the right to access the data collected (Article 15); the right to rectify the data collected (Article 16); the right to cancel the collected data (Article 17); the right to limit the processing of the data collected (Article 18); the right to portability of the data collected (Article 20); the right to object to the processing of the collected data (Article 21). Any request relating to the experiment of one of the procedures listed above can be carried out by sending a communication to our dedicated email address. Each request will be handled without delay or at the latest within one month from the deadline for receiving the request, pursuant to art. 12 Regulations. This deadline can be extended to two months, if necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests made. Any such extension will be communicated to the interested party, in any case within one month of the request. In any case, it is without prejudice to the possibility for the interested party to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority, in the event of a deemed violation of one or more provisions relating to EU Regulation no. 679/2016, expressly mentioned in this information. The data are kept by the owner for the period strictly necessary to carry out the activities necessary for the performance of the contractual relationship, and in any case for a period not exceeding 10 years.
5. Data controller The data acquired by virtue of the contractual relationship between you and the firm / company will be processed exclusively by the data controller, who therefore remains - to all effects - the person in charge. 6. Responsible for data processing Access and processing of data can only be carried out by employees of the firm / company who are authorized to correctly manage such information as data processors. If a treatment is to be carried out on behalf of the owner, the latter will appoint a data processor, who presents sufficient guarantees to put in place adequate technical and organizational measures so that the treatment is carried out in compliance with the regulation and protection of rights. of the interested party. Users' personal data may also be disclosed to third parties - also based outside the European Union - who carry out ancillary and instrumental activities for the provision of services, in compliance with Chapter V of the Regulations, art. 44 and following.
