Avocados are a fruit that is often included in diets because of their beneficial properties. Avocados are a good source of fiber, potassium, vitamin C, and vitamin E. They also contain monounsaturated fats, which are known to be healthy for the heart. Avocados can be eaten whole or used in recipes. Some popular avocado dishes include guacamole and avo toast. Avocados are a versatile fruit for a lot of recipes. Thanks to their benefits, avocados make a great addition to any diet but do not abuse them because being rich in fat they also contain many calories!
I used this fruit to make a very good and healthy dessert: vegan donuts with avocado.
These donuts are great both as tasty breakfast and as a snack. They are vegan, super-fast, super easy, and delicious. They are made with avocado and covered with dark chocolate and coconut flakes.
