Cauliflower cutlets are an excellent healthy vegetarian dish that will appeal to everyone, even those who are not fond of this type of vegetable. We baked them in the oven but they are also excellent in the air fryer, especially with the crunchy breading we coated them with. Another tasty touch is given by the vinaigrette with which we seasoned them before putting them in the oven.
