Ingredients:
200g wholemeal flour;
200g Manitoba flour;
125ml warm lactose-free milk;
125ml warm water;
1g fresh brewer's yeast;

Procedimento:
Dissolve the yeast in the water;

Oil a bowl, put the dough inside, cover with plastic wrap and let it rise in the oven with the light on until the dough is doubled;

Once the dough has risen, oil a mold in the shape of a tree and with your fingertips, place the dough inside giving it the shape of the tree;
