The donut with yogurt is a classic dessert to be eaten with the family for breakfast. In this completely light version, it is equally soft and delicious.

Ingrediants:
100g egg white;
250g wholemeal flour;
80g whole cane sugar;
220g low-fat plain yogurt;
30g zero-fat white Greek yogurt;
100g sunflower oil;
zest of 1 lemon;
1 sachet of yeast;
1 sachet of vanillin
Procedimento:
Beat the egg whites with the sugar;
Add the yogurt and lemon zest;
Mix all the ingredients and add the vanilla and oil;
Now add the sifted flour, mix with a spatula and stir in the sifted yeast;
Put the mixture in a previously oiled and floured donut mold;
Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes (always do the toothpick test)
