LIGHT YOGURT DONUT

The donut with yogurt is a classic dessert to be eaten with the family for breakfast. In this completely light version, it is equally soft and delicious.


106Kcal per slice (20g) Total fat: 4.85g; Cholesterol: 0mg; Sodium: 20.09mg; Total carbohydrates: 13.08g; Dietary fiber: 1.05g; Sugars: 4.71g; Protein: 2.67g

Ingrediants:

  • 100g egg white;

  • 250g wholemeal flour;

  • 80g whole cane sugar;

  • 220g low-fat plain yogurt;

  • 30g zero-fat white Greek yogurt;

  • 100g sunflower oil;

  • zest of 1 lemon;

  • 1 sachet of yeast;

  • 1 sachet of vanillin

Procedimento:

  1. Beat the egg whites with the sugar;

  2. Add the yogurt and lemon zest;

  3. Mix all the ingredients and add the vanilla and oil;

  4. Now add the sifted flour, mix with a spatula and stir in the sifted yeast;

  5. Put the mixture in a previously oiled and floured donut mold;

  6. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes (always do the toothpick test)
