PUMPKIN DONUT

Pumpkin donut is a perfect dessert for the autumn season. It is excellent both for a healthy breakfast and for a snack. It is obtained by blending the pumpkin raw and the result, in addition to being delicious, is the creation of a tall and soft donut. The recipe is quick and easy and is also great for making children eat pumpkin.

-110g seed oil; -60g almond flour; -1 egg; -150g whole cane sugar; -100g egg white; -16g yeast; -60g dark chocolate chips; -350g wholemeal flour; -650g raw pumpkin

How to make: 1) Mix the egg with the sugar and the egg white using an electric whisk; 2) Then add the oil and the sifted flour; 3) Mix all the ingredients; 4) Now add the sifted yeast, the almond flour and continue to mix the ingredients with a spatula; 5) Blend the raw pumpkin and add it to the mixture; 6) Add the chocolate chips and continue mixing everything; 7) Put the mixture in a previously oiled and floured donut mold; 8) Bake at 180 degrees for 50 minutes (always do the toothpick test); EAT WELL - EAT HEALTHY!
